Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

When you entered your credit card info and chose a “Beer Pass” subscription, you agreed to recurring payments. You can find more information about recurring payments here.

After you have an active subscription with recurring payments you can still cancel at any time. Complete the following steps to cancel your subscription:

Access your settings screen by clicking on the gear in the top right corner.
Click the red text that says “Cancel Subscription”
Confirm by clicking the red button that says “Yes, Cancel”
You have canceled recurring payments! Your access to one free beer per day will continue until the end of your subscription period (where it says “Subscription Expires”)

After canceling your subscription all future monthly charges will be canceled. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

If you cannot access your settings screen for whatever reason, you can also cancel your subscription by emailing support@beerpassapp.com with the email address associated with your account. It may take up to 24 hours for us to cancel your subscription when using this method, but if you use the subject line “Please cancel my subscription”, it will help our team get to it sooner.

Recurring Payments

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

When agreeing to recurring payments for our automatically renewing subscription, you are agreeing to:

-Storing your card information with our PCI compliant payment processor to use for automatic charges on the schedule designated by the selected subscription.

-Authorize BeerPass to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of our agreement with you.

The details of our monthly subscription are as follows:

-We create an automatically renewing monthly subscription using Stripe in order to provide you with continuous, uninterrupted access to our services.

-Recurring payments are fixed at the price presented to you on selection of the subscription. The price is fixed and you will be notified by email with the email address you provide at registration before any changes are made to the pricing of your plan.

*If you have signed up using a free or discount promo code for the first month or first several months, you have still agreed to recurring payments at the price presented on selection of subscription (currently $8.99). If you have entered your credit card information you will be charged full price at the end of your promo period, and you will not receive an email before this occurs. This includes subscribers who have been given a gift subscription for x months. If you do not want to be charged full price at the end of your promo period, make sure you cancel your subscription before the date shown in settings under “Next Payment Date”

-The payments will automatically renew one month from your subscription date and each month after on the same date.

-All communication regarding your account and subscription will be done by email through the email address you provide at registration.

-You may cancel your subscription any time by accessing the settings screen in the app after logging in. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to our services until the end of the current subscription period. After the current subscription period ends, you will no longer have access to our services and will not automatically be charged again until or unless you renew your subscription through the app. For more information about our cancellation policy, click here.
