Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
When you entered your credit card info and chose a “Beer Pass” subscription, you agreed to recurring payments. You can find more information about recurring payments here.
After you have an active subscription with recurring payments you can still cancel at any time. Complete the following steps to cancel your subscription:
- Access your settings screen by clicking on the gear in the top right corner.
- Click the red text that says “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm by clicking the red button that says “Yes, Cancel”
- You have canceled recurring payments! Your access to one free beer per day will continue until the end of your subscription period (where it says “Subscription Expires”)
After canceling your subscription all future monthly charges will be canceled. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
If you cannot access your settings screen for whatever reason, you can also cancel your subscription by emailing support@beerpassapp.com with the email address associated with your account. It may take up to 24 hours for us to cancel your subscription when using this method, but if you use the subject line “Please cancel my subscription”, it will help our team get to it sooner.
